Getting to NJ

We left Virginia Saturday morning for Ocean City, NJ where we are renting a beach house. What a drive-- we left at 9:30 AM and finally arrived at 7:30 PM. The drive wouldn't be so bad if we didn't have to stop at Chuck E Cheese for lunch.... Nick had to blow off some steam after sitting in the car all morning; it is truly the perfect place for lunch on a road trip with kids. We then had to load our two cars onto a ferry in Cape May to get to the Jersey shore. The ferry in Cape May was Nick and Nate's first boat ride. The pictures captured their excitement.

We are now at the beach until Saturday when we leave for Mount Laurel, our new town, where we have to stay in a hotel until July 1st until our new townhome is available. The military screwed us again and took their time securing the move-in date for the 29th. So another two nights are added to our time on the road. We are now up to 3 weeks and 2 days living out of suitcases and boxes. Say a prayer for us.
