NYC at Christmas

We went into New York yesterday to celebrate the beginning of the season.  We had a wonderful time.  There is nothing like NYC at Christmas.

The boys were awfully nice to each other waiting to see Santa.

The displays were wonderful and Nate was in full cheese mode.
Nate even talked to the elves and told them he was being good.

We walked down 5th Avenue seeing all of the window displays but the biggest hit was finally getting to see the NYC Library.  We went inside and looked around but decided we are making a separate trip back to see the Children's Room.

The Fine Family and the tree!!!
We took a break to have a slice :)

Continued to walk and hit this place called FAO Schwartz :)

Went to Nintendo World too!
Mario is just a tad taller than Nate :)
Awesome driving guys!

Next was a carriage ride through Central Park.
Take me for a ride horsey?

I already printed my Christmas cards.  If I hadn't, this would be the picture.
We did the Top of the Rock.  The boys were running around so we quick grabbed a moment to ourselves.

Nothing like New York at Christmas.  It is the only city.

Halloween Part One

There are lots of fun events that we get to go attend before Halloween. Here is the world debut of the cutest Mario and Luigi Bros. ever for the Trunk or Treat event with the Moms Club.

This is Nate's pouting stance. It is quite hysterical.

Boys and their friends Madison and Morgan :)

Who Do We Cheer For?

My last post displayed some interesting photos of the Fine Family on the Phillies field. No, we don't cheer for any teams from Philly, so here are the pictures from our big day at Giants Stadium in early October- Giants vs. Seahawks. We had a great time as a family.

A Disclaimer

The following pictures were taken in result of a promotion ceremony that Matt had the privilege of conducting on the Phillies field. This does not in anyway mean that we are Phillies fans, anything Philly for that matter. ... Here are some cool pictures from the stadium. Go Yankees and Marlins!!!!

Finally- An Update

I know it has been a while, but once school starts in our house, everything else gets put aside. So, speaking of school, here is our first day pictures!

Nick looks so old here- he is in first grade now.

No matter how old, I think he will always love Cars.

Getting on the bus the first day! School supplies in backpack and box!

Nate's first day meant matching Nike sneakers!

Nate's Actual Birthday

Nate's birthday at home rained and rained. So, we played with all our new presents and enjoyed some fun time at home. Here is the birthday boy's big day. Mommy loves you Nate-- You are my best friend, my "stuck like glue" buddy, and I will never tire of your little hand in mine. Stay little my little. I love you.

The present table awaits!

Nate wakes to his room filled with balloons.
My boys know this happens now and ask for it days in advance :)

Nick hugging a red balloon because "red is my favorite color."

How cute is this three year old??

Nick gives Nate his present.

It's a Mater Shaky Car!!!

Kiss to Nick- Thank you!
