Thanksgiving was a very special day for us this year. We have been blessed with a new baby in our family, John Francis Maresca. He was adopted by our cousin Francesca and we were so excited to meet him for Thanksgiving. Can there be anything more perfect as a Thanksgiving blessing??

Our two turkeys!

Mommy is 16 pounds down and my face is finally skinny again!

Matt is a pro with newborns.
Nicholas is so sweet with babies.
Doesn't Nick look like an angel here?
Don't let him fool you!
Kisses for John.

The day after Thanksgiving always involves preparing the house for Christmas which starts very early in our house. Aunt Annie has been coming the first weekend in December for a few years so we like to have things ready to celebrate with her.
Nate loves all our musical animals on the stairs.
Does he not look like he is two years old already?
Where is my baby?
My three stooges.
Nick's ears look like an elf!
Nate joined in hanging the ornaments.
Nick loves Christmas as much as his Daddy!

Hot chocolate after decorating.
Nate takes part in the whipped cream of course!
Happy Thanksgiving to all. May a blessed December descend on us all!
