My Dear Sweet Baby Nate

Baby Nate- he is the happiest baby there ever was. He is four months old today. We slept through the night Monday-Thursday and things were back to normal. We went to the doctor this Wednesday and his ears were clear from infection. By Friday, two days later, I knew he had another one. My poor baby- we got more antibiotics Saturday morning and now his belly hurts from them. Say some prayers for Nate this Christmas. We are lucky to have a healthy baby, I know that, but it still stinks. Through it all, ear infection and belly pains, he is my happy baby.

An Early Christmas

Every year, Aunt Annie comes to visit in early December to celebrate Christmas with us before the official "Griswald Family Christmas" begins. This year, we were so excited because Uncle Rob came too. It was a laid back visit as both kids were sick, but we had a great time.

Breakfast with Santa

We have had a rough couple of weeks. Nicholas got a cold which transferred to Nate, and poo little Nate had his first ear infection and needed breathing treatments. We are slowly getting better and better.

Matt was once again in charge of Breakfast with Santa for the Coast Guard base this past weekend. For the first time, Nicholas was not afraid of Santa. He went right up to him without any hesitation. Nate didn't really have a choice. Here are the pictures. Enjoy. Hope you all are doing well and staying healthy!

Here is a video of Nicholas teaching Nate about the alphabet again. He always does this first thing in the morning (as he was in his pj's during the last video too!). It makes it even funnier in the early wee hours. This was the morning after we got home from DC too!! Where do they get all this energy.

Happy Thanksgiving

We were lucky enough to spend Thanksgiving week in DC after the baptism. We played during the day while Matt took another class. In the evenings, we got to visit with friends. It was a lot of fun. The Cueto Family invited us over for another Thanksgiving dinner, and we wonder every year if they remember the chaos having kids caused the year prior! Thanks for loving us anyway guys!!
